1. Have companies agreed the end of stage 2?

Yes, although the current Stage 2 will continue until the Company equivalent of the Lloyd's Policy Signing Service (PSS) is available. Policy production times should not be affected as the SLA for a Company stage 2 is the same as that for the Lloyd's PSS (5 days). Once the Company PSS is available, Companies may select this service, or 'Company PSS plus', which will additionally provide a post policy issuance audit with the results being supplied to the requesting insurer(s). If a change to the policy is found to be required, this will be raised with the broker and processed as an endorsement.
