Where is the heading "Overall Slip Leader"?

There are two headings in the subscription agreement section of MRC. SLIP LEADER and BUREAU LEADER. The latter is only required where the slip leader is a non-bureau insurer. In such cases, subsequent contract provisions will need to be specific with regard to any Slip Leader arrangements.
