Project Delivery

MRG has agreed a sponsor and project manager for each of the workstreams in the programme. It is the responsibility of the sponsor and project manager to put in place appropriate governance at the local level to ensure efficient delivery.

Each project is managed in line with standard methodologies – most commonly PRINCE II – using the proposed structure where it is helpful, but not over burdening the programme with administration. Where the project scope moves from pilot to wider market adoption the degree of structure may increase and an initial evaluation of the proposed project may consider criteria such as those listed in “Market roll-out checkpoints”. Please click here to access.

Appropriate project boards are convened to oversee project work and report up to MRG.
